We also use RMB, INVESTEC, depending on the Clients qualifying Criteria. Other Banks HIP, Sentinel, Paragon and Ithala We source our Business from Lead Providers, Private Individuals and Estate Agents. Due to the efficiency of Technology, we look at a bigger footprint than just the West Rand.Our Target Market will be clients who are looking for Bond Finance and need a Home Loan Specialist to assist with the process, we have 22 years’ experience in the Market and stay up to date with the Banking requirements as it changes.We have our Contract with MortgageMax and originate under the name Prosperity Bonds powered by MortgageMAX.
