Led by founder Yolandi Bezuidenhout and seasoned Home Finance Specialist Madelein Snyman, this dynamic duo brings over three decades of combined experience, a deep understanding of the home loan landscape, and a client-first approach to every interaction.
Yolandi Bezuidenhout – Founder
Yolandi’s journey in the home loan industry began in 2008 as an admin assistant at Betterbond Bloemfontein. Her drive and dedication saw her rise to Admin Manager by 2011, and after relocating to Johannesburg, she seamlessly transitioned into a consultant role in 2013. Her standout performance earned her the prestigious Billions Award in 2018, celebrating her exceptional success in the field.
In 2022, after 14 years of growth and achievement, Yolandi took a bold step and launched Dare2Dream Homeloans in partnership with MortgageMAX. The business was founded on a commitment to personalized, expert guidance—especially for clients facing complex loan applications and first-time buyers who need extra support navigating the process.
Yolandi’s expertise spans all types of home loans, including those for self-employed individuals, trusts, commercial property, building projects, vacant stands, and new development pre-approvals. Her mission is to make the process smooth, stress-free, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
What drives her most is the opportunity to help people—especially those who’ve never owned property—realize their dreams of homeownership. Just over two years since its founding, Dare2Dream Homeloans has flourished under Yolandi’s leadership, backed by strong partnerships with banks, real estate professionals, and loyal clients. Her efforts were recently recognized with a Loyalty Performance award trip to Victoria Falls in 2025.
Outside of work, Yolandi loves spending time with her family, capturing special moments through photography, attending live music events, and staying active with sports. Her motto: Be better today than you were yesterday—a principle that fuels her continuous growth and excellence.
Madelein Snyman – Home Finance Specialist
Joining Yolandi on the Dare2Dream mission is Madelein Snyman, a financial services veteran with over 22 years of experience, specializing in Home Finance. Madelein brings unmatched expertise in Residential Home Loans, Building Loans, and Further Advances for both personal applicants and legal entities. Her insight, tenacity, and results-driven approach ensure clients secure the best possible deals—whether they’re buying their first home or expanding their investment portfolio.
In 2024, Madelein was recognized with the Stellar Team Award for Market Trailblazers and Deal Makers, a reflection of her commitment to excellence and her consistent performance in a competitive market. She is known not only for her technical expertise but also for her relational strength—building deep trust with her clients and always putting their needs first.
